TOBs is a β€œCottage Kitchen” operation permitted through the County of Tehama with the Department of Environmental Health. This particular permit means we can sell bagels and non-perishable food stuffs direct to the consumer (you!) prepared in our residential space.

For this reason we do not have a brick-&-mortar facility or food truck.

All bagels are sold in units of 6

(1/2 dozen) per bag.

  • OG Classics 1/2 dozen (Au naturale, Says You!, Gimme the World!) = $15 $18

  • Specialty Bagels 1/2 dozen (Tipsy Blueberry, French Toast, Tuscany Herb)

    = $18 $20

  • Single bagel sales cannot be accommodated at this time.

  • All orders are one flavor per bag of six.

(1) ALL orders require a 48-hour (2-day) notice as all orders currently are made on demand and necessitate 48-hours for cold proofing (remember these are artisanal specialty bagels).

(2) Pickup/Drop Off of bagels must be coordinated in advance. Payments can be made via the website via Venmo, PayPal, Bank Card, or good β€˜ol fashioned hardcore cash.
