Hand rolled or machine made - does it matter ??
Perfect imperfections that's what hand-rolled bagels are! They're little vehicles packed with genuine uniqueness and individuality but that's lost when a machine makes a bagel. But there's an actual reason why hand-rolled bagels are truly better than a machine-made bagel.
